Mission Statement

The Committee on Real Estate of the Board of Trustees is a continuing special committee of the Board of Trustees appointed by the Chairman of the Board to provide oversight for University real estate development projects, beginning with the redevelopment of the old hospital site and continuing with other real estate projects now under consideration or proposed in the future. The Committee is intended to act as a resource for the administration, providing real estate development and other relevant expertise on proposed projects.

Approved by the Committee on Real Estate on February 6, 2006 and approved by the Board of Trustees on February 10, 2006.
